Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
To roast garlic. Wrap unpeeled garlic cloves in tin foil and place in the oven. Let roast for 20 minutes.
To make the hummus place garlic, tahini paste, garbanzo beans, salt, lemon juice, sugar, broth or water, paprika into food processor and blend until smooth. Dump into a serving bowl and put dried parsley flakes and pimentos into bowl and stir together with the rest of the mixture. Serve.
