A vegan sausage link inspired by Field Roast's Apple & Sage vegan sausage. I added a hint of clove to mine to give them a unique flavor.
Crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside, these vegan "chicken" nuggets are yummy.
These hot dogs are delicious, definitely a step above those you buy in the grocery store and isolated soy free.
It's just the right amount of chewy without being tough. It's tender without being too soft and so moist. And most importantly it's bursting with chicken-like flavor.
Quick chicken-like tofu cubes. Great to add to salads, pita pockets and stir fries.
A lot of seitan recipes tend to be either too soft or too tough. When I started working on this recipe my mission was clear, to make the ultimate seitan "ham".
I formulated these specifically to taste perfect in a meatball sub sandwich. Where the original meatball is more for spaghetti and meatballs.
Seitan! Slice it, grind it, it can be used in a myriad of ways and in countless recipes.
